•Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made after placing the order However the cancellation request may be entertained if the have been communicated to the vendors and they have initiated process of shipping.

• In case of of damaged or defective, please report the issue to Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once they have checked and confirmed the issue on their end This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of products.

• If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

• In case of returning a product to the merchant, shipping charges should be borne by the customer.

• Returns and refunds will only be processed for gemstones that have not been used or fitted into jewelry.

• Shipping charges of Rs. 150/- and a processing fee of Rs. 150/- will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
